Description:
This is a Full time position direct with one of our clients.
Looking for an individual to transform the way client leverages financial market data by developing the next generation of Global Business Intelligence Applications.
Responsibilities
•Cultivate and drive a brand new revenue-generating product; participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including product design, architecture and system design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
•Work with BAs, Designers, Testers, Sales people, Subject Matter Experts, System Admins, and others in a cross-functional team.
Qualifications/Skills
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
•3-5 years of web development experience
•Must have strong Development Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
•Good command of JQuery Library and best practices.
•Must have strong development experience constructing a MVC website using Ruby on Rails, Groovy on Grails a plus
•Development experience with Java a plus
•Experience using both relational (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, etc.) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.) database technologies
•Prefer candidates who have familiarity in developing applications using node.js or cloud based hosting platforms such as Heroku, Amazon Cloud Services, RackSpace, or Google App Engine

Maybe you’ve even contemplated a plan to become the next internet billionaire with your superhuman web development powers.
