We are looking for another person to join our multi-cultural software development team.

At Bit Zesty you will be responsible for building a wide variety of dynamic and interesting web applications. As you will be joining our high performing team, we are looking for someone who is a good communicator and can fit right in.

Our developers have the freedom to use the latest technologies when they are the right tool for the job. For example, we have been using MongoDB and Redis for over a year in a number of applications.

You need to have a hunger for knowledge, be a fast learner and be willing to try new things.

Required skills:

Good written and spoken English

Commercial experience developing and deploying web applications into production

A real passion for solving problems, and developing solutions

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (we use JQuery)

A strong desire to learn and use Ruby / Rails 3.1+

Minimum 2 year experience in a professional environment

This position is full-time, long term and remote (can work from home or office).
We have a group chat running and everyone is expected to participate in team talks.
We are flexible with working hours (but they must overlap with London time), we expect you to respect your team members and be online and available during work hours.
We pay competitive local rates to where you are based.
