Required skills:

3+ years Ruby On Rails Engineering
fast moving environments, preferably data heavy background comfortable solving complex problems with elegant solutions
prior work has forced them to understand the issues when dealing with scale, performance, and availability.

Desired skills:

Experience with Redis or Riak is a huge plus
