Description:
We are presently seeking to hire a Senior level RoR developer for the following:
1) Perform an full code audit on an existing RoR application
2) Propose ways for application efficiencies
3) Develop all changes necessary to bring the code up to a superior level

Required skills:
Object Oriented Design and Programming
Agile Software development skills. (SCRUM, Iterative software development, XP)
Test Driven Development (TDD)
AJAX, HTML and CSS
Experience with refactoring and/or rewriting old code
mysql or postgres
Rails database migrations
Experience with Capistrano, JavaScript, jQuery,
rSpec and Cucumber
