- Ruby – this is what we code most of our stuff in
- Javascript and Javascript frameworks – coz there’s always code in the browser
- TDD/BDD – this is how we work
- Rspec, Cucumber – these are our main automated testing frameworks
- Distributed version control
- *nix savvy – we develop on OSX, deploy to linux
- Verbal/written communication skills – everyone asks for these, we’ll be lemmings on this one
Desired skills:
- scaled a web application – the bigger the better
- security – extra points here
