THE POSITION:

This is a dream job for a Rails developer. 4 day work weeks, 6 weeks paid vacation, healthcare, 401K, profit sharing, in a beautiful custom designed office. The project is a really fun search engine for local businesses caked with humor and buttery AJAX. The possibilities are endless, and all of us brainstorm in our Cranford, New Jersey office every morning on how to make it better.

What we have is an open ended project, with a clear direction.

The ideal candidate will bring their knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn to each new iteration we take on.

Candidate should have experience working with Ruby on Rails, as well as a good understanding of javascript, HTML, and CSS.
