You will spend most of your time writing code to satisfy the system requirements. Unit tests to test your code. You will also comment your code and supplement the system docs (You will also be fixing your own boogz)

Required skills:

Job Description: We are looking for multiple Sr. Programmers with 5+ years of general/multi-discipline programming knowledge and 2+ years of SDLC and Ruby on Rails. You should also know some SQL and basic database operational theory. You will be making individual contributions to our software stack as well as working in teams. Our system is a complex card issuing system which includes our core business intelligence, web services, operations dashboard, multi-role GUI, and reporting systems. Our development environment includes: linux, git, rails, mysql, bug tracking, … and your tools.

Requirements: Insight prefers on-site employees (relocation assistance available), however, the ability to telecommute is a possibility for the most qualified candidates. In lieu of ruby we will consider other dynamic languages and related frameworks. You must be eligible to work in the US.
