We are recruiting for 5 different clients in the greater Boston, MA area, seeking various levels of Ruby/RoR/Rails experience.

My Client is one of the hottest startups in the Boston area. In the past 6 months, they have had record revenues each month. They are growing extensively, and are nowhere near done on this current hiring binge.

These guys have an incredible new project in development, which will blow consumers away. There are roughly 30 in the company with 5-7 in development. We are looking for start-up junkies. We are looking for passion, excitement, enthusiasm, and the best problem solvers.

Join a small, super-sharp engineering team working on very high volume web applications. The work involves web analytics, data mining, and end-to-end development. They use Ruby on Rails as well as other web technologies (java/j2ee/python).

We are looking for overachievers/generalists/engineers with a broad background. An ideal candidate would have a few years of professional experience developing software in Python/perl/php/C++, etc and have experience with ajax/js and be somewhat strong in SQL. The more programming languages you know the better. Also, if you are developing software in your free-time, that is a big plus in the eyes of the VP.

Skills & Experience:

A BS or MS in Computer Science (less interested in the particular school and more interested in GPA). 2-10+ years of professional software development experience at a software product company. Diverse experience with object oriented programming. Experience with multiple languages is ideal (Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP, C++, etc). Desire to learn Ruby on Rails. End-to-end development experience (Javascript/Ajax, CSS, html, SQL, etc). Prior startup experience is strongly preferred. This is a FULL-TIME role.
